Quality Policy

It is the established policy of Electron Beam Processes Limited (EBP) to provide customers with goods and service to a standard of quality consistent with, or exceeding, their specified requirements. EBP are totally committed to the quality assurance program defined in our quality manuals and procedures in accordance with the requirements of, AS9100: Rev D, Customers and AS13100, and NADCAP, where applicable.

We recognize that total customer satisfaction can only be achieved by focusing on the customers’ needs, establishing, and maintaining partnerships with our suppliers and by both seeking and achieving quantifiable measures of continual improvement in our quality systems, business relationships and performance.

All employees are responsible for the implementation of the quality assurance system applicable to their activities and for ensuring the satisfaction of his or her customer, whether internal or external, and will be regularly notified of results.

EBP recognizes the importance of Human Factors and is committed to meeting the Human Factors requirements set out in AS13100 by:

  • Ensuring a Just Culture
  • Providing Human Factors awareness training
  • Promote Open Reporting
  • Considering Human Factors within Investigations
  • Continually improve the maturity of Human Factors deployment within EBP.

The Quality manuals and procedures describe how the quality policy of EBP is put into effect, to give instruction and/or guidance to users and shall be accessible to all.

This policy statement shall be communicated to employees by providing each employee with a copy and it shall be displayed on the company’s noticeboard.
